I was going to add up the new layout as well as content yesterday since it was all done but my computer decided to crash on me. That means I lost everything and have to start all over. I’m currently on a friends computer so I don’t know when I’ll be able to add it but hopefully it won’t take long. So keep checking back!

i-D Magazine recently caught up with the cast of Skins (sans Kathryn) and supplied us with this fantastic interview! There are other parts of the interview with the other cast members, but I have added Kaya’s portion of it. Here she tells you about her favourite book and other things you might not have known about her.
I recently added the scans of Kaya from LOVE Magazine. She looks gorgeous in these shots, so be sure to check them out. There has been a lot of rumors going around about Kaya and Jack dating from what she was claimed to have said in the scans. However, Kaya has denied the relationship on her twitter. So for now, we don’t know for sure, but we are going to label it as false. Also, I have finally added a few old pictures of Kaya. Sorry I didn’t get around to adding these earlier, but now they are up for you all to enjoy.
I will try to update the site as soon as I can with more pictures and scans to build the site. But, since school is starting soon again I will need a little bit of help with the site. I am looking for a co-web to help me out. I am looking for experienced webmasters. Hello everyone, my name is Jane and I am the new owner here at Kaya Scodelario Fan. I will be working on re-vamping the site very soon, and making this the best Kaya source on the net. So far, I have added screen captures from a few of the Skins extras and from JJ’s episode.
Teen drama Skins may be axed at the end of its current run, according to one of its stars.
Kaya Scodelario, who has played Effy Stonem in all three series of the show, told London Lite that the actors are yet to hear from producers about the future of the programme.
Scodelario said: “I’m really hoping we do a fourth series of Skins, but I’m not sure it’s going to happen.
“They haven’t told us yet, what with the credit crunch and all. We finished filming [the third] series just before Christmas, so at the moment I’m just relaxing.”
Scodelario was one of only two teen cast members who returned to the show when it was relaunched this year.
Daniel Craig and Sienna Miller are among the stars who will present young film-makers with the First Light Movies Awards.
The ceremony, which honours younger members of the profession - many from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds, will be hosted by T4 presenters Miquita Oliver and Rick Edwards and will boast several celebrity attendees.
Also set to present awards are Spooks star Rupert Penry-Jones, Infamous actor Toby Jones and Skins bad girl Kaya Scodelario.
Each of the eight categories including Best Drama, Best Horror, Best Thriller and Best Screenplay have been judged by celebrities such as Skins star Nicholas Hoult, Kate Beckinsale, Orlando Bloom and James Franco.
Host Miquita said: “Presenting this year’s Activision First Light Movies Awards with Rick should be a lot of fun, the nominated films are all fantastic and the awards will be a great day for everyone.”
Fellow presenter Rick is far more practical: “These young people are the same people who are going to be making the films that we’re all gonna be queuing up for at the local multiplex in 10 years time. So of course I’m wholeheartedly behind the whole thing. I’m thinking long term - if I play my cards right I might get some free tickets.”

Kaya attended the Marley & Me Premiere in London with her Skins co-star Olli Barbieri yesterday and she looked absolutely stunning! I have added 26 pictures to the gallery so far but if I can find more I’ll be sure to add them. And I have added an additional picture from the MAC Salute Party at the London Fashion Week.

Are you similar to your character Effy?
Yes and no. I take things from her like being passionate about helping others and people. Effy doesn’t let her emotions out. But, like her, my friends are very important to me.
Do you find the role challenging?
At first she was very guarded and I’m not like that so it has been hard to play her.
